As this feature is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online, I encourage you to share your suggestions and feedback with our product development team, allowing them to evaluate the mentioned functionality that might potentially be added to the next update. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
In addition, you can create and send customer statements that will serve as a reminder and show summaries of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances.
