The app is useless if it will not let you change the tax rate. It is putting incorrect rates in the app and there's no way to change it in the app.
Called customer service(3 hours on the phone already and on hold once more now).
They tell me wait 24 hours and then I can change the tax rate. Still not working and I need the ready NOW to work.
