Removing QR code
How do I remove the QR code from the invoices. It is generating the code on the invoice automatically which is something new that hasn't been there before.

I'm here to help you remove the QR code on your invoices, @Anonymous.
To begin, let's confirm if you're using the Airy New template, as it's the only template that allows adding and removing the QR code feature.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
- Open the template you're using for the invoice by clicking Edit.
- In the Design tab, click Change up the template. Check if you're using Airy new. If you aren't, choose that option.
- Select Done to save the changes.
Then, let's now remove the QR code on the invoice page.
- Go to +New and select Invoice.
- Fill in the necessary details.
- Click print, preview PDF and download part of the invoice. Then, untick the QR code box.
- Save the changes.

I checked out the instructions for removing the QR code, but it looks like that only applies to one invoice at a time. Is there a way to remove the QR code from all invoices and choose to only add it to one at a time? I have to print off our invoices at the end of each quarter to complete our sales tax (QBO doesn't allow me to specify different sales tax needs so the report is not helpful), however, since the addition of the QR code, an invoice takes up 2 pages which is a huge waste of paper. Directions on how to remove all the QR codes at once would be helpful. Removing them one at a time is extremely inefficient and I'm hoping Quickbooks doesn't honestly expect people to do that.

I see how valuable your time is, @DesireeS. It would certainly be more efficient to remove the QR Code from all your invoices at once.
Currently, this function is not available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To remove the QR code from each of your invoice transactions, you'll need to change the invoice template from "Modern," which includes the QR code by default, to "Other" templates.
Here's how:
- On the left menu, click the + New and select Invoice.
- Select the Manage button and find the Design section.
- Under the Other templates section, you can choose any templates you currently have, such as Standard.
If you wish to avoid adding a QR Code to your future invoices, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague above to change the default invoice template.
In the meantime, I recommend sending feedback to our product engineers about the ability to remove QR codes from all invoices automatically. If they recognize that this feature would enhance your QBO experience, they can include it in future product updates.
