I appreciate all your efforts in trying the steps to work on your end. I'll share some steps on how you can remove the Pay Invoice button on your invoice PDFs.We can open your invoice, then click the Manage icon. After that, go to the Design section and turn off the Add payment link to PDF option at the bottom.

 

However, if you can't see this option as you didn't activate the online payments, I recommend reaching out to our technical support team. They will be able to pull up your invoice setup in a safe session and assist you further in troubleshooting this matter further. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback or Start a chat with our expert.
