Regarding your concern about the QBDT 24.0, we can't receive a message to install the update when reopening if you already updated to the latest version.
On the other hand, we want to let you know that the QBDT Point of Sale version 19.0 has been discontinued, and we may not provide any further updates. As a result, we cannot guarantee that it will work seamlessly if you integrate it into your system. The support for this version was extended until October 3, 2023, and using it beyond that may cause unexpected issues.
Here are the following connected services will be discontinued:
- QuickBooks Point of Sale Payments
- QuickBooks Point of Sale Gift Card Service
- Mobile Sync
- Intuit Store Exchange
- Webgility E-commerce integration
- Support plans including live support (phone, email, chat)
- Vendor Lookup Service
