Moreover, I'd recommend seeking advice from our Merchants Services Support Team for further assistance. They can check the payment's status and see why it hasn't yet been in your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. At the top right, click Help.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then hit Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start a chat.
