If you are going to hold money for that long then you should not send out emails saying the deposit will be in your account within 1-2 business days. I have had quickbooks for almost 30 years and never had a problem until recently. You are holding $76,000 and I have been told there is no problem with the deposit. Yet a week a half later I still don't have my money. The client that paid that is threatening to get an attorney. Real good for business! I spoke to our bank owner and was told that this is happening repeatedly now with Quickbook deposits. I spoke to Quickbooks last week. They said Friday. Spoke to them yesterday and they said today by 4. No money still! I have been on hold for 90 minutes and can not get any management on the phone. We have lost an employee possibly a client and are threatening a lawsuit. No one cares at Quickbooks and I still do not have our money!
