Thank you for this response. Have come to this forum multiple times and never found an answer that worked. This is a first - and am so very happy it worked!
It didn't mirror the current menus exactly but was close enough to figure out the solution from there.
FYI to Admins, QuickBooks actually has a message in the chart of accounts screen that says something like, "If you'd like to know how to update your card number, click here." It takes you to a web page that says something like, "Oops. Nothing here." I wish it was surprising that there continues to be almost ZERO QA of the basic program functions. Seriously, when Intuit has help links posted within the program, someone should be checking those links with every update to ensure they are current and not broken.
