For security reasons, we're unable to review your account here in the Community. I suggest reaching out to our payment support team for them to check and provide you with a resolution.

 

Here's how to reach them: 
 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Hover to the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  3. Type in a short description of your issue and concern in the box provided.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select the Chat or Callback option.


You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
