I was lucky enough to have this happen right after I started my company. My client sent the first 5000 dollar payment and this account being canceled for a "business decision" stuff happened. I have 35000 in invoices that were about to be paid to me. So Im lucky that I only lost 5000. Ive called every day. And the operators are very kind. but they are kept in the dark. They get us calling them all day every day. One girl was super kind and told me, they have no access to why this is happening to people. She told me to have my client dispute the charges. Im still waiting to hear back from my client. But for people who have their entire net worth in that account, this is criminal. I thought quickbooks was a reputable company. Ive posted on quickbooks Facebook pages, and I've heard so many horror stories about the exact same thing happening. The support team every day I call them seems like they are empty inside and have no souls. they have no answers. I found an attorney who has a class action lawsuit he's about to file with almost 100 people. And quickbooks keeps doing this every day so Im sure it won't be long. They're erasing email addresses from these chats because they know they are guilty and don't want people to organize. But we are going to. A quick Facebook group search is enough. Join any quickbooks Facebook group and post your story, there will be so many people with the same story and they will connect you with the lawsuit. Don't give up hope.
