We recommend contacting our Customer Care team to investigate why you're unable to access the Import transactions hyperlink in the Import transactions page in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) and get this fixed in no time. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us. If you’re using the QBSE app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter “talk to a human”, then select Continue.
  3. Select which way you want to connect: Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert or Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.

 

Once you've imported your transactions, categorize them to ensure they are placed on the correct line of your Schedule C.
