Hey @d_bird24, do you mind trying the following the instructions below and see if they help you?
Go to Account and Setting --> Payments --> Click on Chart of Accounts --> Standard Deposit --> Select the Chart of Account that you want your Payments to be categorized. That CoA should be the same as the CoA that customers get paid with in the banking page.
