Payments
I don’t even know where to begin with all the issues I’ve had since we switched from desktop to QuickBooks online. They have screwed up my entire files all of my invoices and now the system just wants to apply credits even though this feature is turned off. it started when they told me they had to they split my firm in half so they upload team cut my QuickBooks file in half starting in the year 2014 left deposits that were made paying invoices from 2013 open as credits. We have a large boarding firm and this is done nothing but caused me time, money, and clients since this began. I ran a report yesterday to find out how often the system has made an indirect edit on its own without permission from me nearby, applying credits and moving payments, where they were not intended to be since November 2022 the system has made over 10,000 indirect edits in my company file without permission. Unless this is screwed up my files and once it is located than system paid an invoice from 2023 with a credit from 2014 and remove the credit and explain to the client what happened the law firm usually has the case closed and makes it very difficult to collect money from their client at that point, and difficult for me to collect money from my client it has been a holy nightmare. I have watched the computer changed before my very eyes. The payments of the invoice Affirm was paying. We checked all the invoices that they listed on their check and then when we hit save, I saw all the payments move. I went back and reviewed that payments, and the invoices that we checked were not the same as the ones that were currently checked the system is trying to control my business and it has no right to. I recently found out that it was also paying my reporters sometimes twice and three times when it took it upon itself to pay payments. They were not really paid. It has been a financial nightmare, and this is just the beginning. Do you have lots of documentation set aside,
