I am here to give insights into why the quote you created can’t be approved on your client’s end using your QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QBO has been continuously improving and offering new features for your business transactions. One of the latest additions is the ability to have your clients approve the estimates you send. However, this feature is only available when using the new layout.
If you're currently using the old layout for your estimates, please know that the updates for the new layout experience will soon be applied to your account. Once this update is complete, the Review and Approve feature will be available for your customer.
