Payments
We are at the point of filing suit against QuickBooks as well. We have tried for 2 and a half YEARS to change our business phone number, we have provided our identification materials, selfies, made calls, chats, etc. to get this d*** number changed and they still haven't approved it. The phone number is the key to changing the bank account information, and we had to close a bank account a few months ago. We have a QuickBooks checking account as well, but the last large payment we received from a client is now sitting on hold in the merchant center and they refuse to deposit it into our QB checking account since our other bank account is closed. It has been well over 2 weeks, multiple calls, multiple ID docs sent in, etc. and nothing. They say the instructions to release the funds is in our email, but we never received an email. Every time we call they say if they open the case, it will delete the previous case number, not add on to the current case. The Resolution Center shows NO active cases, even though we have been submitting cases for over 2 years with NO RESOLVE.
We are unable to pay our contractor for the job he worked on, we missed our rent payment, etc.
2 and a half years to change a phone number is now preventing us from changing our bank account associated with the QBO account, and now they are withholding our funds. Again! Sign us up for your lawsuit. It is unlawful to withhold funds earned without cause. We are a very small business, and large commercial jobs are important. We can't invoice ANYONE until they sort it out, and we have heard nothing! This will be going on 3 months we haven't been able to collect electronic payments from clients because of QuickBooks' failure. We are going into our slow season unable to bill clients, which will make our slow season nearly fruitless.
