I had contacted Support on Monday when it had been 5 banking days since my transfer request and the transfer had not shown up in my business account. They escalated me to a different support group, then that person gave me a phone number to call. I called the number, many times since Monday, and it gives a steady busy signal. So, now its been 9 banking days since I transferred the money from the quickbooks checking account to an outside account, and the funds have yet to be received. I have done a transfer before and it took around 4 days. I am using the same accounts I have always used. You mention in your post to use Autotransfer. This option is not available to me. At this point, I am going to be sharing that no one should use the quickbooks checking because it really seems like shady business. Currently out $1800.00
