Payments

You'll be please to know that you can send payment to your international vendor, @andiecava.

As mentioned by @4Gal, you can sign up for a third-party app like Melio. This allows you to send international payments.

You can also sign up for QuickBooks Bill Pay. If you plan to sign up to this service, you'll need to turn on the multicurrency before sending international payments. This step is necessary to prevent sync errors when adding a vendor, bill, or payment.

In addition, enabling this feature will result in a permanent integration of currency conversion information into the system. A gentle reminder that once this feature is activated, there will be no option to turn it off. If you need help deciding whether to proceed, we recommend seeking advice from an accountant.

If you still wish to turn it on, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
  2. Click the Advanced tab
  3. Scroll down and select the Edit or Pencil icon beside the Currency section.
  4. Tick the Multicurrency and read the important message.
  5. Tick  I understand I can't undo Multicurrency, then hit Save
  6. Once done, click Done.
