Indeed, it is possible to cancel online bill payments, @Belinda_OIW

 

However, before I guide you through the cancellation process, let's make sure that you are within the appropriate timeframe. 

 

  • A bill payment, created through Bill Pay powered by Bill.com before 3 PM PT, can be canceled until 4 PM PT on the banking day before the Process Date.
  • A bill payment, created through Bill Pay powered by Bill.com after 3 PM PT, can be canceled until 6 PM PT on the banking day before the Process Date.


If you're sure that you're in the correct timeframe, you can now proceed to cancel. Let me guide you through the process for a seamless experience:
 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, go to the Get paid & pay tab.
  2. Click Vendors (Take me there), then Pay bills online.
  3. Select the Sent payments tab.
  4. Locate the desired payment.
  5. Select Track status on the desired payment.
  6. Click Cancel Payment.
  7. You'll be asked if you're sure you want to cancel the payment. Select Yes to confirm.
