Please know that Intuit will only reach out to you if you ask for a callback from our Support Team. It's good to know that the fraudulent individual hadn't taken anything from you. Also, you can contact our QuickBooks Desktop support to report this. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Please give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect.
