We understand how important it is for you to provide a seamless experience for your customers when it comes to accepting estimates online.
With the functionality offered by QBO, your customers can review and approve your estimate online right from the email you send them. This happens if you are using the new experience. You'll also get alerts as soon as they respond. In the event that you're using the old layout, you'll need to update the status of your estimate manually.
If this feature suddenly disappears from your QBO account, we can send feedback to our software engineers. We're taking notes of your ideas and insights to help to implement future updates.
In order to check the status of all your estimates at a glance, you can proceed to the Invoices page. From there, you can respond to your customers, revise estimates, or convert them to invoices when approvals come in.
