There's a few reasons you may experience issues withdrawing funds from your QuickBooks Debit Card:
- If you've withdrawn $1,000.00 for the day from ATMs, you won't be able to withdraw any more from ATMs until the following day begins.
- If you've withdrawn $5,000.00 from ATMs for the current month, you'll be unable to withdraw funds from ATMs until the next month begins.
- If you received a QuickBooks Fraud Alert asking to verify a transaction, you can respond with 'YES' to confirm your transaction, then try again. You also have the options of responding with 'NO' to decline and block your card, or 'STOP' to opt out of future notifications.
The QuickBooks Debit Card can be used at AllPoint ATM locations, which can be found at participating Walgreens, Rite Aid, or CVS stores. You can also withdraw cash from other ATMs, which may incur a withdrawal fee.
You can additionally withdraw funds from bank tellers. Your card can be used to withdraw up to $3,000.00 per calendar month this way.
