This is so frustrating. I just signed up for the PayPal Cashback Mastercard and started using Quickbooks for 2023. I assumed it would sync like my regular PayPal account does. If it hasn't been resolved yet, it sounds like it won't get done. I'm cancelling the card and finding another one for my business. I did submit a request on Quickbooks. Doesn't sound like it will make any difference though.
