I just got a very similar call. Jennifer (with a thick Indian accent) did not tell me what the price of the annual subscription was, but I think she also mentioned the employee dues. She said the card on file was declined and it could only be renewed manually over the phone. OK, sure. When I asked her if it was for QBO or QB Desktop, she had to pause a minute and stumbled with a response that it was for both services. I told her that my manager is the only one with access to the credit card and that I would pass along the information for her to look into, which she won't need to as our services are still activated.
