Since you’re still unable to select ACH payment only, we’d recommend contacting our support team for further investigation. Here’s how:
- Visit this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
- Select QuickBooks Online.
- Choose the most related topic.
- Scroll down and click the Get the phone number tab.
