I received a phone call today from a male with a Middle Eastern accent telling me our Priority Support Services was going to be separated from the annual bill for Enterprise Solutions we pay and that the cost is $849.99 and could he please have a credit card number to process the transaction? I asked him why didn't we receive an email he told me we did but that he needs to process the transaction now as it's past due. I asked him to send me the email and he got frustrated and rude.  He told me he was going to disconnect our service and we were done!   Then he changed his story that he was not the dedicated customer service account manager but from accounting and that I was wasting his time because he had other customers. That's when I knew it was a scam. I told him if he was legitimate he would not be rude.  He hung up!
