I want to ensure this is sorted out, Parth.
I replicated it on my end, and I can see the option of selecting Other Current Assets. Let me show you how:
- Navigate Settings and choose Chart of accounts.
- Click the drop-down beside View register.
- Select Edit.
- From the drop-down menu, you'll have the option to select the Other Current assets.
- From the Tax form section, select the type of account need that best suits your business.
- Click on Save.
Ensure to consult with your accountant before doing the process. They can guide and advise options on what account to use. This is to avoid messing up your books.
If you still can't see the option, open your account to an incognito or private browser. If you can select the Type to Other Current assets, go back to your main browser to clear its cache. Accumulated temporary internet files are the root cause of this unusual behavior. Otherwise, use other supported browsers as an alternative.
