I know why my funds are on hold. But to me for information and take 2 days to review only to be responded to with more questions and another 2 days every time? When all this could be sorted in minutes over the phone or in a chat. All i know now is im going to get a response in another 2 days. My experience tells me its more questions and zero answers. I would gladly answer all of the questions and upload documents, but 17 simple questions have been spread over 11 days when it can be solved in minutes. I may lose the job and the client, and my business along with it. I do not need a link to why. I chose quickbooks for the protection. But it is now threatening my livelihood. The situation requires urgency. I have been told that quickbooks or intuit offer NO urgency. You will not help save my business that you are about to destroy. When a simple phone call with a reviewer can solve it all in minutes
