Yes I uploaded documents and waited for 2 day response for the 3rd time now. The people in the resolution center have no more information than what I see on my screen. They tell me it’s the “Operations team” that reviews and asks the questions and we have no way of contacting them.u Peoples lives and businesses are on the line. I chose quickbooks for the protection but not at the cost of my business. This is damaging mine and my subcontractors business. 11days hold means 11 days no work for 7 people. Not to mention the damage to my reputation. It’s unacceptable. If it’s important enough for you to hold, it’s equally as important that you let us solve it in a timely fashion
