I understand how important it is for you to get the deposit that is currently on hold released. The high volume that our resolution center received causes the review process to occasionally take longer than expected.

Usually, QuickBooks Payment team will request additional information to finish the review process. For instance, you'll be ask to send us a copy of the original invoice you gave your client. On our end we can see that someone have reached out to talk to you. Did you get the information you required to release the deposit?

If you haven't received, please let us know by adding any details on this thread. Any information will be helpful in determining what to do next to solve this.
