I can see the urgency of knowing where is the Melio payment you sent to your vendor, @ecoincmo.
Since there was no response from Melio support, I recommend directly reaching out to our QuickBooks Online customer care. They have the necessary tools to verify your account in a safe environment. This way, they can check what's causing the delay in the payment and find a fix.
To reach them, here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select the Help (?) menu.
- Choose the Assistant tab.
- Click the Talk to a human option.
- Select Get help from a human.
- Click either the Chat with us or Have us call you button.
