The Transactions menu can be seen on the left side. Some QuickBooks companies only used the Banking option, and some used the Transactions option. This is because of the update that affects some QuickBooks accounts. With that, we can either select Transactions or Banking menu on the left side.
After we click the Transactions menu/ Banking menu, we'll see the App Transactions. Still, I'd like to ask for a screenshot to ensure we're on the same page and share the correct details and solution to your concern.
