Since the issue persists after following the steps shared in this thread, it would be best to contact our Customer Care team. They can help check what's causing this to happen fix it.
Here's how:
- Select the Help menum then in the Assistant window, type in “Talk to a human.”
- Enter your brief concern in the field.
- Enter/select I still need a human.
- Click Get help from a human.
- Choose a way to connect with our representatives.
