File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and with the Federal Banking Board for Green Dot Bank, they are chartered out of Utah and San Francisco is the branch of the Federal Reserve. File with BBB. Let your attorney general know. I can't believe this is happening almost every day!
My client reversed the ACH's and so I received the money, but they "charged" me for "chargebacks", terminated my account, then charged my credit card for monthly service. It took hours for me to sort out.
