Payments

They are sitting on $250,000 of our money currently. We uploaded documents and waited two days. We called them and they said they have not received the documents even though they show in the portal which they acknowledged.  She said that she does not have the authority to advance the issue. We asked to speak to someone who does. She said that the payments review team is not customer facing. Our incredibly profitable business may collapse as a result because we cannot access our money.
