I'm here to share some information that can help you with accessing the Review and Pay link, @SethSea.

 

They can copy the link by right-clicking the Review and Pay button on the invoice email. Paste the link into the address bar of a web browser. If the link still won't open, switch to a different browser.

 

Once your customers can see an error message, you can suggest them to use either Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Here's more information on what they can do if they can't pay for an invoice you send them in QuickBooks: What to do if customers can't pay their invoices online.
