Payments

I spent 3 hours on the phone last Friday with support and 4.5 hours today with the payment department of QB merchant services. There is still no resolution to the rejected payments. It is happens no matter if it is an ACH bank transfer or credit card payment. It has happened to multiple customers. It does not happen all of the time. There is no payment error. This is getting very difficult for me as well as my customers. Many excuses used by support. PLEASE HELP!! I am so frustrated and worn out :o(
