Let me route you to our QuickBooks Support team so they can pull up your account in a more secure environment and create a case about this issue. They are available on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
- Click on Help and click the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us at the bottom.
- Enter something like wrong payment instructions and click Continue.
- Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
