It was all clearly a crafted ploy to get people used to a service for free, and then "all of the sudden" need to start charging after everyone got used to it. QuickBooks has joined the ranks of the "Free HBO for 3 months" game. I spent 2 hours on chat today with them, only for them to end the chat every time before doing anything or answering any questions. Just leaving! QuickBooks doesn't seem to want any sort of oversight in their chat, and they clearly don't care about us, since they pulled this bait and switch on us with the "limited time" Free ACH use. ACH is free to use! It would sometimes take a week to get my money, but I was fine with it as long as it arrived eventually.

This is the most annoying thing I've ever had to deal with in regard to my company, and as a business owner, I already have a lot of junk to deal with. Some people in this forum here are complaining about it adding an additional $7,500 or more to their companies. QuickBooks is saying the community "asked" for this... mmhmmm People love asking to get charged more for something that everyone else offers for free, after being told it was free to use. Right?
