Anyone who has performed a google search to try and find a solution to their Quickbooks Online issues know that their comments and suggestions do go in a black hole after receiving the typical canned response of "our team is looking into that feature" or something like that. The sheer amount of "basic features" you would assume are there despite your best efforts to find them are in fact not there. Its actually quite frustrating.
