Payments

Thank you for bringing this to Quickbooks' attention everyone. I just started a very small business and my first invoice came into my bank account with an ACH transfer fee I didn't consent to and I immediately went snooping into the issue and landed here. I hope that the Quickbooks team makes it optional like it apparently was before. Because for a small business this is KILLER.

I already pay you every month for the service you provide. Why the heck do you need more money from me? Every other service like Venmo, Paypal, Cash app let me CHOOSE if I want to do the ACH 1% for an instant transfer. Which makes sense.

I chose you because I want to send clients professional invoices, use the tax function, and have a clear profit/loss diagram. Please fix this so I can stay! Your business model should be lifting your clients up financially. Or there is no payoff for us. And that's not how you create loyalty.
