I can provide you with a workaround until you're able to get in touch with our Customer Support Team. All you need to do is a few easy steps in your Payments account.
Don't worry. I can walk you through the steps. Here's how:
- Sign in to your Merchant Services account.
- Go to the Processing Tools menu.
- Choose accept an echeck.
However, if this doesn't work, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to review your account and see what other steps you need to get this fixed.
