Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
- Go to the Help icon, and then click Contact Us.
- Type in "having an issue connecting to an Industrial bank account" in the dialogue box.
- Click the Let's talk button.
- You can either choose Start messaging or Get a callback.
- Enter the needed information to start the conversation.
