Thanks for sharing a screenshot of the error when linking your Payments accounts to QuickBooks.

 

Can you also tell us what happens or if this another message when clicking on the link to get a chat support agent? We just want to make sure that we're giving you the correct steps o resolve the issue since other customers were able to reach out to our Chat Support Team.
