Payments
I simply want to be able to send my customer an email with their invoice clearly marked paid. I am in disbelief that this doesn't appear to be possible. If I re-send them their invoice they've already paid it has all the custom text I've created for the invoice template telling them the terms of payment etc., plus a link to pay?? I don't want any of that, and I don't want to have to spend a bunch of time creating a custom invoice with custom text.
I'm no great business expert but this seems like basic functionality that is missing, and has been missing for a while judging by the comments here. I guess you don't listen to your customers. Sorry to say I will be starting my search today for a replacement for Quickbooks.
