Hello there, @mikeincairns.
Yes, you can add your company logo and other text to the outgoing invoice email. Before uploading it, we have to make sure that the logo should be:
- A .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
- Smaller than 10 MB
- 24-bits or less in bit depth
- Square-shaped, since rectangles don’t work
- Using the standard RGB color space
Here's how to upload the logo:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Custom Form Styles.
- Choose the appropriate form you want to use.
- Go to the Design tab, then select Add your unique logo.
- Select the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.
- Locate and select the image you want to use.
- Select Open.
- Hit Save, then Done.
Once done, you can now send the invoice with the logo.
