You can pull up the Transaction List by Customer report, ExplodingJack.
It will provide you each customer's invoice numbers and payments. And, yes. It's available in QuickBooks 2021.
Let me guide you with pulling up the report:
- Click Reports.
- Go to Customers & Receivables, then select Transaction List by Customer.
- Customize the date.
- Click Refresh.
You can export the report by clicking the Excel button and selecting Create New Worksheet.
