Since you're unable to apply credits on a Project via an incognito window, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can run a remote viewing session and help you determine what's causing the issue.
To reach them, here's how:
- Click on Help in the top right.
- Select the Contact Us option.
- Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
- Press Let's Talk.
- Choose Get a callback, then key in your contact details.
- Pick Confirm my call.
