You can still edit a finalised pay run as long as you have not made automated super payments. All you need to do is unlock it.
Here's how:
- Choose Employees from the left-hand menu.
- Select Pay Runs and then select the Pay Run you wish to unlock.
- Click Pay Run Actions then choose the Unlock.
- Enter in a Comment about why you’re unlocking the Pay Run then select Unlock.
If you need to delete a pay run, you can do so. However, once deleted, any related data can't be recovered or restored.
