- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- You can use the QB Assistant by entering your question or topic, selecting Search, opening an article, and then pressing the Contact Us button.
- Select a topic or enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
- On the "How would you like to connect with us?" page, choose either Have us call you or Chat with us.

Also, connect with them directly through this website. Simply choose your QBO product, then select Continue.
