If there is no X icon to close the notification shown in your payroll dashboard after taking action on the alert. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our support agents can check your payroll file and ask your details in a secure form.

 

To contact support:

 

1. Click on the Help (?) icon in QBO.

2. Click on Assistant or Search and click on Contact Us.

3. Enter a short summary of your concern.

4. Click on Continue.

5. Choose from Start a chat or Call us.

 

  • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AET.
  • Call us. M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, AET.
